When the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) annual meeting was held last month in our own Salt Lake City backyard, we did our best to understand, innovate, and deliver in a big way.
This year connecting with physicians provided us with an added opportunity to demonstrate our business excellence in person and show how we infuse our expertise, passion, and hard work into everything we do to advance patient care.
Along with product showcases and physician learning sessions, we held a special evening of innovation at our Salt Lake City global headquarters for physicians attending SIR—here’s the recap.

An Evening at Merit Global Headquarters
March 26
For physicians attending SIR, we held an innovation event at our Salt Lake City global headquarters where guests enjoyed an evening of food, drinks, and networking with colleagues and healthcare leaders.
Attendees explored our diverse product portfolio and learned more about the unique Merit culture.
Fred Lampropoulos, Merit Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, spoke to guests about who we are as a company and the future of interventional radiology medical devices.
A panel of Merit executives and team leaders answered questions, discussing how we serve our healthcare partners and their patients.
Physician guests closed out the night with a tour of our facilities, experiencing firsthand where we manufacture medical products that help to improve patient quality of life—and shape the future of healthcare.
From all of us at Merit, we want to express our gratitude to SIR for hosting another fantastic annual meeting. Thank you to our Think Education faculty for presenting, to the physicians who joined us for SIR, and to Merit team members who made our presence this year a success.
See you next year at SIR 2025 in Nashville!
